The Summit bull bar builds on the renowned ARB Deluxe bar architecture, and integrates a fresh and contemporary design language to complement modern vehicles.
Summit bars are winch compatible and provide next generation protection and styling for your vehicle. Laser cut holes for mounting ARB Intensity LED, IPF and Bushranger driving lights are integrated into the top pan of the bar, while ARB’s LED, indicator and clearance light assembly is included as standard.
Supplied in a durable black powdercoat finish, colour coding is available as an option for a fully integrated look.

Similar to the Summit bull bar, the Summit Sahara bar offers a stylish alternative that complements the vehicle design, whilst retaining many of the strength and protection features.
Offering significantly greater protection than the factory bumper, the Summit Sahara bar is available with or without the polished centre tube, can be colour coded and can accommodate a selection of Warn, Magnum and Bushranger low mount winches.
The new bar also includes provision for original equipment front parking sensors as standard. Blanking plugs are included for those vehicles not equipped with OE sensors.

Available for the Ford Ranger PXIII and finished in a stealthy Integrit™ textured black powder coat, the Summit Sahara tube with Light Bar features 10x integrated 20” OSRAM LED lights to illuminate the road ahead in a variety of driving conditions.
The tube’s aluminium body and high-pressure die-cast aluminium end caps enable heat dissipation for added longevity to the LEDs, while a light tint added to the polycarbonate lens ensures a non-obtrusive look. Manufactured from extruded aluminium for superior strength, the light bar’s turned reflectors create a defined beamline that’s specifically designed as a spot/flood combination to complement the OE headlight light spread; providing up to 445m @ 1 Lux and up to 44m spread of light.

ARB’s team of engineers have developed a Bumper Replacement Bar specifically for the Ranger Raptor to complement the vehicle’s stylings.
The Raptor bar provides a high level of protection for owners and retains a number of key OE features of the Raptor such as approach angles, tow points, underbody shield and LED fog lights.
The Raptor bar is finished in ARB’s Integrit textured black powder coat, which is not suitable for colour coding. Due to the Raptor’s calibrated suspension system, it is not winch compatible.
Now available for the PXIII Ranger, the Alloy bar comes equipped with a range of features you have come to expect from the ARB Deluxe bull bar, offering fantastic frontal protection in a contemporary and lightweight design.
The Alloy bar utilises ARB’s renowned manufacturing processes throughout, ensuring maximum strength and the highest level of aesthetic finish. Press forming further exemplifies this attention to detail, with smooth edges resulting in a bar that integrates with the vehicle flawlessly.
Available for the PXIII Ranger, the Alloy bar is winch compatible and suits a selection of Warn, Magnum, Bushranger and Smittybilt low mount winches. A press formed cover panel completes the bar when a winch is not fitted.

Incorporating many of the strength related features the Deluxe bull bar, the Commercial bar provides considerable frontal protection but achieves cost savings through a simplified manufacturing process.
ARB’s engineers have designed and developed a new Commercial Bar to suit the Ford Ranger PXIII. Supplementary kits have been developed to ensure that the new Commercial Bar is fully compatible with parking sensors, Semi-Auto Active Park Assist and Adaptive Cruise Control (where fitted).

Every bull bar starts its life as a flat sheet of steel. Individual components are cut to shape using ARB’s state of the art, computer aided laser cutters which can cut to a tolerance of just 0.2mm with no heat distortion, resulting in superior surface finishes and accuracy.
Individual components are then folded to make up the sections of the bull bar using a Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machine which ensures maximum accuracy and consistency. Most bull bars utilise ARB’s five fold design, with each fold providing additional strength.
ARB bull bars are made with strong, 2.6mm wall thickness tubing. The tube is cut to the desired length and bent with a CNC Eagle internal mandrel bender ensuring consistency, accuracy and an even wall thickness across all sections.
Once folded, each section is welded utilising a robot welder. Robot welders are used for straightforward, repetitive welding jobs that require deep penetration, speed and accuracy.
When individual components are complete, the bull bar is assembled. All sections including pan, wing, uprights, outer frame and chassis brackets are placed in a jig and tack welded. This is followed by finish welding and grinding for strength and aesthetics. Jigs are assessed regularly to ensure accuracy.
To complete the manufacturing process all ARB bars are shot blasted, before entering a 5 stage chemical wash to prepare the surface for maximum powder adhesion. They’re then powder coated and oven baked to ensure a rich and durable finish. As well as being an attractive and durable finish, power coating provides an excellent base for painting if colour coding is required.
