ARB have identified a product improvement to the electrical supply system for the ARB Intensity Solis lights for the Next-Generation Ford Ranger and Next-Generation Ford Everest (model year 2022 onward).
We are seeking to implement this improvement onto your vehicle via a product recall. The recall reference number from the ACCC website is PRA2025/20674.
The reason behind the recall is that we have identified that, on these vehicles, the loom connector to the light may not be fully engaged and could allow water to enter the wiring loom connector. The consequences are that there is a risk of property damage or fire.
Products affected:
The primary part impacted here is ARB part number SJBHARNFRD. This is a driving light harness that electrically connects the vehicle systems to the ARB Intensity Solis Lights. This part is specific to the Next-Generation Ford Ranger and Next-Generation Ford Everest – Model year 2022 onward.
For reference the associated ARB Intensity Solis Lights themselves are either the spot of flood driving lights in both small (7”) and Large (9”) size.
Date Range:
This impacts anyone whose builds stretches from March 2022 to today.
