WARRANTY POLICY
The ARB online store may display or advertise warranties for Products that extend for varying periods of time.
The terms and conditions of the relevant warranty for a Product can be found on the Product packaging and in some cases, the user manuals provided with the Product.
The warranties that are not permitted to be excluded by Australian Consumer Law are set out below.
Where a warranty is offered on an ARB Product or Product sold by ARB, the following applies:
● The Product is guaranteed against defects for the nominated warranty period from the date of purchase. The warranty is provided by ARB Corporation Limited (ACN 31 006 708 756) of 42-44 Garden Street, Kilsyth, Victoria, Australia 3137 (ARB).
● ARB will offer a repair, replacement product or a store credit or a refund if the Product is assessed by ARB to be faulty or defective during the warranty period for that Product.
● To make a claim under the warranty, please return the Product, together with a copy of your receipt of proof of purchase, to:

● Additional information may be required or requested to be provided in order to assess and process your warranty claim. In the event that you are not able to provide proof of purchase with a copy of the relevant receipt or bank statement, valid personal identification may be required that shows your name, address and signature in order to assess and process your claim.
● For products that are not an ARB Product, these may need to be sent to the third party manufacturer in order to assess the defect and to determine and process any claim. Please note that any faults or defects that are assessed and determined to have been caused or are the result of modification, misuse or abuse, normal wear and tear or a failure to follow any user instructions or warnings provided with the Product may not be covered under warranty.
● ARB Products and products sold by ARB that are manufactured by third parties, come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a product that suffers a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
● Any expenses incurred relating to the return of a product will normally have to be paid by you.
● The benefits granted to the consumer under any product warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of the Australian Consumer Law in relation to the goods and services to which this warranty applies.
● The warranty protection and guarantees does not extend to ‘Change of Mind’. ARB may consider the return for exchange of unused products returned within 30 days of the date of purchase, products that are in original/resaleable condition. ‘Change of Mind’ does not apply to any products that are sale or promotional items, spare parts, ‘special’ or ‘custom’ order products or products not usually stocked by ARB.
