Equipped with the latest ARB protection equipment, ARB Intensity driving lights and OME BP-51 suspension, Hema’s own vision for their latest Map Patrol vehicle, the LandCruiser 79 Dual Cab, is that it will go further and gather more map data than ever before.

Hema Maps is one of Australia’s most trusted navigation companies, getting thousands of Australians from A to B since 1996. This reputation has come to the fore thanks to the company’s relentless pursuit of accurate cartographic detail tailored to outdoor explorers.

Hema Maps has steadily built its reputation as masterful map makers in the four-wheel driving and outdoor adventure industries by having entire mapping teams dedicated to off road touring.

The job of collecting and updating this data falls to field-teams known as the Map Patrol, who are responsible for exploring and mapping the vast array of off-road destinations in Australia to keep Hema Maps’ data accurate and up-to-date.

Hema’s Map Patrol teams have covered a massive 250,000km of roads and tracks throughout Australia and heavily rely on the toughest equipment to get them there. Hema Maps have chosen ARB 4×4 Accessories to kit out their Map Patrol vehicles since the first in 1998, making our partnership to deliver the highest quality mapping equipment to Australians, over 17 years strong.

Fast forward to 2015, Hema are proud to announce the release of the LandCruiser 79 Dual Cab, the latest Map Patrol vehicle to be decked out in the most advanced ARB equipment.
