The Jeep Wrangler is available in either 2 door or 4 door configuration. Despite the Wrangler being very capable off road in standard form, the OME engineers focussed on further increasing off road capability through increased ride height and greater wheel travel whilst improving on road handling and vehicle dynamics.
A range of front and rear springs, with matching shocks, were developed to cater for differing vehicle setups and engine variants.

During the development of Old Man Emu’s Nitrocharger Sport shock absorbers, particular focus was placed on how well they are matched to the specific springs they’ll be controlling; with Ride Control Engineers tailoring shock absorber valving to work with the different springs in the range, often resulting in multiple shock absorber options for each vehicle.
