ARB Under Vehicle Protection Front Kit Toyota Hilux MY25 On

The ARB Under Vehicle Protection front kit is designed to suit Toyota Hilux MY25 and newer models, providing protection for critical underbody components in off road and touring environments. The system is engineered to shield key areas including the sway bar, engine components, radiator and front differential, helping reduce the risk of damage during demanding use.

Constructed from 3 mm sheet steel, the panels are laser cut, press formed, and folded to deliver strength and durability. This design provides increased rigidity compared to standard folded sheet construction, ensuring reliable performance in harsh conditions. All panels are zinc plated and powder coated in a silver textured finish, offering corrosion resistance and long term protection.

The front kit forms part of a two kit system available for the MY26 Hilux, where kits can be used individually or combined for full under vehicle coverage. The front section protects critical drive components, while the corresponding rear kit shields the transmission and transfer case.

Recessed mounting bolts are designed for protection and ease of removal during servicing. The integrated layout supports airflow while maintaining coverage of key components, and the kit includes illustrated fitting instructions to assist with correct installation and ongoing maintenance.

During servicing when panels are removed ensure fasteners are re-fitted to the correct torque values. Inspect panels and mounting points visually on a regular basis. Dirt and foreign matter should be washed out to minimize build up around hot components.
