The big news for BT-50 owners is the release of an ARB Summit MKII Bar for the facelift model. Let’s take a closer look.

Summit MKII Bar

ARB’s Summit MKII Bar is the latest addition to the BT-50 range and our premium offering. It has a distinctive multi-folded front apron extending out to swept-back, tapered wings. Combined with a sturdy 60.3-millimetre hoop, the result is a strong bull bar with an excellent approach angle.

While there’s no doubt the Summit MKII is functional, we believe it should look great as well. Exposed welds to showcase weld quality and a matte black powder-coat finish give the entire bar a sleek look. Or you can colour-code the bar to match your vehicle – your choice!

Commercial Bar

The ARB Commercial Bar is ideal for fleets, farmers and tradies. It has a hefty 76.1-millimetre middle hoop protecting the radiator, with smaller 60.3-millimetre hoops off to each side guarding the headlights.

Side Rails & Steps

Side rails and steps are cheap insurance against damage to doors, door sills and front quarter panels. They’ll protect your BT-50 against damage, whether it’s a sharp rock step on a technical track or a runaway shopping trolley in a carpark.

MT64

MT64 is also a set-and-forget shock absorber. However, MT64s have a monster 64-millimetre monotube, enabling our suspension engineers to design a level of comfort and plushness into the MT64 that would be otherwise impossible.

BP-51

BP-51 is a premium shock just begging to be fine-tuned! You can adjust them in seconds, with separate dials for rebound and compression. Think of the adjustment as being like deflating tyres before going off road. You do the same with BP-51s to achieve the best possible combination of ride and articulation.

MITS Alloy Trays And Canopies

If you’re after a tray and canopy set-up, a MITS Alloy package is an obvious choice. MITS has built a reputation for exceptional quality, strength and durability, while continually developing and improving their products. MITS builds premium quality aluminium trays and canopies for single-cab, extended-cab and dual-cab BT-50s. You can order a tray only or a tray and lift-off canopy package.

HardLid

The ARB HardLid offers a secure lid over the ute tub, with the ability to carry a load on top. Loads are behind and lower than the cab for reduced wind drag, improved centre of gravity and better protection from the elements when driving.

Tub Liners

The ARB Sportguard comes in five pieces – floor, two sides, front wall and tailgate. It clips together, eliminating drilling and bolting, and retains factory tie-down points. By clipping together, each of the three vertical panels can hug the original tub closely to eliminate wasted space. The floor is rubberised to prevent loads sliding around the tub, with drain channels to direct water towards the tailgate.

The Ute Liner is made from UV-stabilised polyethylene with a textured finish. The tailgate liner has two moulded can holders, while the tub liner is held in place with an aluminium finishing piece and an antiwrap support channel along the front edge.

Chassis-mounted recovery points designed to safely and effectively handle snatch and winch recoveries when off road conditions get tricky.

Recovery Points

The BT-50's vehicle-specific Front Recovery Points are made from 20-millimetre thick 350 grade steel for maximum strength. A long, wide slot allows you to feed the bow of the shackle into the slot. This way, it can rotate during angled pulls for a safer recovery.

We understand that recoveries are usually done in the worst conditions, often under stress. So ARB designed the Recovery Points to be rated for angled recoveries, at up to the same angle as full lock of your BT-50. A bright red colour makes them easier to find in mud, sand or on a rainy winter night. Each Recovery Point is rated to eight tonnes, allowing you to recover off just one Recovery Point.

The clever dovetail system lets you quickly move gear around the BASE Rack. We have a wide range of fitting accessories including awning brackets, ratchet straps, tie-down eyelets, recovery board pins and shovel holders. Solar panel mounting brackets, light bar brackets and wiring kits make installing electrical items onto the BASE Rack easy. The hollow sections are ideal for running cables, protecting the cabling and making for a neat installation.

The MY25 Mazda BT-50 comes with an open front diff. However, fitting an ARB Air Locker up front is often essential when 4WDing, providing the extra traction needed to drag you through mud or up and over a steep obstacle.

We also offer a replacement ARB Air Locker for the rear electric diff lock. Have complete control over when you activate the rear locker without intervention from the vehicle’s computer.
