This 1835 x 1285mm BASE Rack is fully-welded from extruded aluminium with a cross beam design, requiring no supporting subframe and exerting no flex under load. Each internal and perimeter beam is constructed from a single seamless extruded aluminium box piece with internal bracing for added strength. The superior strength properties allow for close mounting to your Hilux's canopy roofline, maintaining a low profile.

The dovetail extrusion extends around both the BASE Rack's full perimeter and along each edge of the internal beams, providing endless mounting and attachment options. The cross-beam design creates a robust and versatile platform for a wide range of cargo, including long, thin items such as timber.
