This ARB Intensity V2 40 LED Combination Light Bar features 24 x 10-degree spot lens/reflectors and 16 x 20-degree flood lens/reflector, producing a light that greatly assists the driver with improved long distance and peripheral illumination. Its superior performance is a result of advanced LED technology, high-wattage OSRAM LEDs paired with precisely engineered reflectors. This combination produces a clean, focused light that closely imitates natural daylight, reducing eye strain and improving clarity. An intelligent thermal management system, incorporating a large aluminium extrusion body, ensures the LEDs run at their maximum potential, safely and efficiently, by drawing heat away from the array.

Engineered for ultimate durability, the Intensity V2 light bar features high-pressure cast aluminium end caps containing a Gore breather, enabling expansion and contraction of internal air during temperature fluctuations without allowing water or dust ingress. A unique moulded rubber seal between the polycarbonate lens and extruded aluminium body, along with sealed Deutsch electrical connectors, creates a watertight and dustproof seal, achieving an IP68 rating for submersion up to 3 metres. Built from corrosion resistant materials, the aluminium body is finished in a textured polyester powdercoat that passes the ISO7253, 3000 hour salt spray test. Each light is secured with high-strength stainless steel fasteners and comes with a 3.5mm injection moulded polycarbonate clear cover for ultimate impact protection, hard-coated for scratch and UV resistance.

This bundle includes a robust pedestal mounting kit for bull bar pan or roof mounting options, constructed from extruded aluminium with stainless steel fasteners. Please note, this pedestal mount is not suitable for vehicles equipped with a radar badge. A dedicated wiring loom for the Intensity V2 AR40 light bar is also included, featuring a single lead suitable for carrying up to 240W, a surface mount switch with LED indicator, and a heavy-duty 30amp relay.
