The Sahara Tube is engineered with a unique reflector design, delivering excellent distance and width for highway driving and trail visibility. Featuring a virtually indestructible hardened polycarbonate lens and an extruded aluminium body with a textured black powder coat finish, this light bar is built to withstand the harsh Australian environment. It comes pre-assembled within the Sahara Tube kit, offering vertical adjustment from the rear for optimal beam alignment. Additional openings in the Sahara Tube ensure proper airflow around the LED light bar for thermal management.

Technical specifications for the integrated light bar include an input of 12V to 48V, 55W power, and 10 x OSRAM 6.5W LEDs. It produces a raw output of 4081 lumens (3866 effective lumens) and achieves 1 Lux at 445 metres. The light spread is 8-degree horizontal and 6-degree vertical. This robust light is equipped with over and under voltage protection, reverse polarity protection, and a pressure-tested breather seal. It has been thoroughly vibration and UV tested, is dust and waterproof to IP68 standards, and is protected against radio frequency (RFI) and electromagnetic (EMC) interference, ensuring reliable performance across diverse conditions and operating temperatures from -40-degree C to +85-degree C.

This comprehensive kit includes the LED light bar, the Summit Sahara Tube kit, and a top buffer section. For seamless integration and optimal performance, a dedicated ARB wiring loom (part number 3500810) is supplied. This loom features a waterproof Deutsch plug for direct connection to the ARB light bar, a single lead capable of carrying up to 240W, a surface mount switch with LED indicator, a heavy-duty 30amp relay, all necessary mounting hardware, and detailed fitting instructions.
