This innovative system is the first Australian designed 4x4 winch without an externally mounted control box, offering a seamless, integrated aesthetic for your rig. Its compact design provides versatility in fitment while delivering the fast line speeds and rugged durability required for challenging off-road conditions.

Equipped with an ultra-efficient all-in-one motor control unit and a tuned 5.7hp 12V motor, the COVERT winch boasts top-tier components and undergoes rigorous Australian testing for proven reliability and longevity. The synergistic design features a direct connection bespoke Albright contactor, creating greater motor efficiency and eliminating the need for a conventional control box.

Key features include a zero-drag braking system, providing 100 percent load holding and the capacity for powered unspooling without damage. The robust 4-stage gearbox, built with hardened steel gearsets, ensures maximum strength and load distribution. Constructed from lightweight aluminium alloy housings with a durable pretreated and satin black powder coat, it is engineered for the harshest environments and is IP68 rated for water and dust protection.

This bundle includes the Bushranger COVERT 12,000lb Winch with 25m of 10.3mm steel wire rope, a steel roller fairlead, an ARB spacer kit for your hawse or fairlead, and a dedicated ARB winch install kit specifically designed for alloy bull bars, ensuring a quick and easy fitment into most suitable bull bars. A compact, water resistant IP66 rated dual connection remote (wireless 30m range and wired 5m lead) and a main power isolation switch are also included for comprehensive control.
