Earth Camper

Patented one-piece welded exoskeleton frame for superior strength over traditional RHS chassis.

With 90mm cylindrical, mandrel bent steel with a 3mm wall thickness, the Earth Camper’s exoskeleton is designed to keep the body safe.

The exoskeleton features a multi-layer coating: an automotive tank-dipped e-coat base for inside and outside of the tubular exoskeleton, topped with a satin black polyurethane (PU) UV-resistant finish.

Being embossed from the body of the Earth Camper itself, the exoskeleton provides rugged, roll cage-like protection to the body.

The Cruisemaster Hitch & Handbrake equipped to the Earth Camper makes setting, equipping and detaching your home a seamless task.

By maximising the length of each trailing arm to 900mm, our engineers were able to reduce strain on suspension components, extract greater wheel travel and ultimately provide a smoother ride and better traction.

Installing the Nitrocharger shocks, and positioning them correctly in the Earth Camper, were key to ensuring a reliable and long-lasting suspension solution. Our suspension engineering team modelled the shock absorber design off a Ranger and LC200 strut, then tuned it to suit the trailer’s unique weight and ride handling characteristics.

The natural advantages of a vertically oriented shock absorber allow the shock to achieve 100% efficiency as any movement at the axle reflects directly on the shock.

With the special ARB ‘EC’ edition 16” alloy wheels wrapped in Maxxis Razr All Terrain tyres, the Earth Camper is set on a premium set of rims and tyres. 

12" Electric Drum Brakes with a 6 stud Landcruiser/Hilux Wheel Hub and quality bearings.

With a 100% wood free design, the Earth Camper’s body has been engineered to be both tough and lightweight.

With durable and repairable fibreglass reinforced polymer (FRP) and expert construction using RTM & HLU processes, the camper has been designed for adventurers.

Being well insulated for the keen adventurer, the Earth Camper’s walls & roof are 25mm thick and packed with 20mm foam core.

Along with this, the internal bulkhead is 30mm foam core cladded, and the interior comes complete with ARB’s dust suppression system, equipped with serviceable filters.

Ventilation to your sleeping space is provided via an opening side window, protected by a flyscreen for any unwanted insect intruders.

Integrated into the camper side wall, the ARB awning provides protection from the elements during your stop-overs.

With poles included for rain, wind and overnight use, the ARB Awning also includes an inbuilt LED ambient light for those late nights and internal awning housing to eliminate catching low hanging obstacles off road.

Via the push of a button, get into bed in less than 1 min! After a long day on the road or unfavourable weather, quick access to your sleeping quarters is paramount, and the Earth Camper delivers via it’s bespoke rear door design.

With extensive testing, the Earth Camper rear door design provides an innovative & robust entry to the inside of the camper.

Extending ARB & REDARC’s relationship into the Earth Camper, a REDARC Manager 30 battery management system (BMS) comes included as standard.

Controlled via a user-friendly in-cabin interface, have peace of mind the electrics are well managed.

Powered by a 100Ah Lithium Battery (standard), the Earth Camper will have you powered for longer. 

The large battery tray accommodates multiple batteries, scalable up to 300Ah (optional extras).

Charging the Earth Camper off grid has been thought through, coming standard with a 120w roof mounted solar panel.

This is further supported with an external mounted Anderson plug for additional solar input via fold out panels sold as accessories.

ARB Patented, full size & freestanding Slide Kitchen comes equipped with a huge stainless steel bench space which remains available while cooking, as well as a 3-burner cooktop with included wind deflector and an integrated sink with tap.

Prepare your meals with ease with the convenience of ARB’s Slide Kitchen’s massive stainless steel bench top.

Coming in at a spacious 1450mm x 525mm, the bench space can be utilised no matter how big the meal you’re cooking up.

Included as standard is a giant 96L ARB ZERO dual zone fridge/freezer, ensuring your supplies on the road are kept cool and secure.

Complete with tie downs and a full extension lockout fridge slide with ARB cable run to ensure a clean, tucked away and seamless fridge integration.

The ARB rotomoulded water tank is designed to fit neatly inside the chassis and features heavy duty wall thickness and an easy to access drain plug.

The tanks are centrally mounted over the axle to provide optimal weight distribution. Complete with a lockable water fill point, external tap outlet (in addition to kitchen) as well as an on-demand onboard electric water pump and digital water level indicator, you’ll always know how much water you’re carrying.

An additional 40L of liquid can be carried via the 2x jerry can holders.

Topped by a 1255×1455 ARB BASE roof rack, this is a great place to house recovery boards, kayaks/surfboards, additional solar panels or even some swags providing extra sleeping quarters for the whole family.

Packed with expert engineering, the ARB BASE Rack enables seamless cargo carrying solutions to the roof of your Earth Camper and is compatible with all the existing range of BASE Rack accessories.

Spacious, lockable rear wet storage locker.

Perfect for spare parts, tools, wetsuits, or even firewood.

Ensure you’re always good for fuel or water when taking on the tracks with provision for two 20L jerry cans, that are also lockable to ensure your jerry cans are fixed.

Earth Camper also includes a section to store your gas bottle on the road, keeping your stove and heaters going.

The drawbar of the Earth Camper has been designed by campers, for campers. Incorporating accessory mounting rails to utilize otherwise untapped space, the drawbar comes complete with a Cruisemaster D035 hitch & handbrake, ARK XO extreme off road jockey wheel rated to 750kgs, 3500kg rated safety chain & G80 connector, as well as two ARK drop down stabiliser legs at the rear of the chassis.

With living at the forefront of our designers’ minds, the Earth Camper comes with an expansive internal bedroom & living space.

With an impressive 1000mm internal head height (from the top of mattress to the ceiling), the Earth Camper’s internal living feels quite comfortable & spacious, not what you may have expected from a compact unit of its size.

Sleeping on the road has never looked so good. Coming equipped with a comfortable, full queen-sized bed, you’ll be sure to get a good night’s sleep on the high density, 150mm thick foam mattress.

Stay cool on those hot summer nights in your Earth Camper at the switch of a button, with two Sirocco 12V fans.

With limitless 360° direction capability, and also multi-speed settings, these Sirocco fans will be welcomed when you’re getting your hard-earned rest.

Dinner time or life admin made easy with a flip out internal table providing an internal bench space protected from the elements.

Collapsible into the underbed draw for easy storage, the folding table provides a practical bench space for various applications.

Teaming up with Webasto – industry leading diesel heater technology, the Earth Camper diesel heater upgrade has been designed to integrate with the Camper seamlessly. The Webasto Airtop 2000 system is mounted on custom ARB bracketry & includes a 20l HD Proquip jerry can as the fuel cell.

This includes the premium Webasto digital controller to easily manage temperature from within the cabin. A digital heater is a must have upgrade for cooler climates – the perfect companion for guaranteed comfort year round.

Complimenting the Earth Camper Awning, a range of Wind Breaks are on offer. There are two sizes to match the different awning edges; narrow & wide. These Wind Breaks can be used as either a vertical wall or lean too/windbreak by adjusting the clips on the outside against awning poles. Awning Wind Breaks are mounted using the included spreader pole.

REDARC TVMS Prime provides unprecedented control and automation for your Earth camper. Monitor water levels, battery state of charge and control accessories such as lights, fridge and inverters via the interior screen or via your mobile phone!

The optional extra REDARC RS3 inverter (max. 2000W) can be fitted behind the under bed storage drawer and in close proximity to the battery box. The Redarc RS3 features automatic transfer switching enabling all internal power points to be powered by the inverter when shore power is not available.

Devices such as laptops, camera/drone batteries, power tools, coffee machine and air fryers can be powered however check the peak wattage draw of your appliance for suitability.

The Front Locker Storage Bag can be double stacked in the spare tyre compartment, making it great for pots & pans, 240V leads or additional food for the longer, remote area adventures.

The Pole Storage Bag conveniently houses the poles for the Awning, Ensuite Room & Awning Wind Breaks on one side of the upper pantry shelf. Keeping them easily accessible & ready whenever you need them.

The Canvas Storage Bag conveniently houses all the Earth Camper canvas accessories; Awning Roof Extension, Ensuite Room, Awning Wind Breaks and is designed for storing in the front boot. The Canvas Storage Bag is foldable and features a sewn in vent for promoting airflow if packed away wet until they can be dried out properly.

Maximizing the use of the Earth Camper pantry draw, 2x height storage bags are available. A full height bag caters to taller food packaging and long-life milk whist the half height is designed to work perfectly with the ARB Kitchen Organiser, promoting storage for shorter pantry items whilst also housing all cutlery and cooking utensils neatly in this space as well.

A unique partnership between the innovative hot water brand ‘Joolca’ and ARB delivers a tailor fit hot water & shower solution for your Earth Camper.  This is neatly housed in otherwise unused space on a bespoke ARB made, swing out storage bracket. To top it off, included in the kit is a tailor made storage bag, to conveniently store all hoses & accessories directly underneath the unit, utilizing all available space!

Providing a private and convenient sheltered space from the elements, the Ensuite Room addition is the campsite bathroom. Thoughtfully placed hooks are included for holding shower heads, toilet roll, toiletry bags as well as an integrated clear panel to allow light through from the Earth Camper roof cavity. With 2 stage doors & flyscreen on both sides and a central window, the Ensuite Room is a practical and versatile additional room, further enhancing your camping experience.

An ARB Air Compressor is an accessory not to leave home without! ARB has developed a specific Compressor Kit for the Earth Camper. With specified braided hosing cut to length, remote air outlet chuck fitted conveniently next to the outside water tap and a comprehensive range of air system accessories available; like tyre in/deflators, blow gun for cleaning up & inflating kids floaties etc. The Air Compressor upgrade is very practical.

The best way to protect your investment while in between adventures is the tailor fit, premium ARB Canvas Storage Cover, which features a solar panel window allowing charge even when covered, zip able access to the electrical compartment without needing to remove cover & 4x tiedown cam buckles to ensure it stays secured in the wind.
