This particular kit reuses your original equipment leaf spring shackles for a tailored fitment.

At the heart of this system are the MT64 shock absorbers. Named for their massive 64mm internal bore and monotube design, these shocks excel at handling heavy loads and dissipating heat. Their aerospace-grade aluminium body ensures consistent damping performance, while the huge piston and shim stacks provide unmatched control. With a robust 22.5mm piston rod, the MT64 is built for rigidity and strength, yet tuned by OME engineers to deliver a smooth and controlled ride, reducing fatigue on long journeys. It is a true \"set and forget\" solution, requiring no customer adjustment.

Complementing the MT64 shocks are precision-engineered Old Man Emu coil springs and leaf springs. The coil springs are crafted from state-of-the-art micro-alloyed steel for superior strength, durability, and resistance to sagging, with each spring double scragged and shot peened for enhanced life. The leaf springs are designed for optimum ride performance, featuring anti-friction interleaf liners, shot-peened leaves, draw-tapered and diamond cut ends, and a graphite coating to reduce friction and improve load distribution. Flat axle seat areas minimise stress and retain camber height, while military-wrapped ends offer extra safety and loose clamping ensures smooth, quiet operation.

The kit is completed with essential fitting components including a Caster Kit to improve steering geometry after lifting, premium urethane bush kits for long life and dirt protection, a Sway Bar Spacer Kit and Rear Sway Bar Bracket for correct articulation, a robust Steering Damper with a 35mm piston and twin-tube design for enhanced control, and high-quality Old Man Emu U-bolts with grade 8 hardware for secure leaf spring installation.
