At its core, this kit features advanced Old Man Emu Nitrocharger Plus shock absorbers, renowned for their robust twin-tube design, large-bore high-flow pistons, and vehicle-specific valving. They ensure consistent performance by reducing heat build-up and preventing oil aeration, offering superior control whether you're touring long distances or navigating demanding off-road tracks.

Crucially, this kit includes Old Man Emu Parabolic Leaf Springs for the rear, providing a significantly smoother and more compliant ride than traditional multi-leaf springs. Due to their unique design, an Old Man Emu Air Bag Kit is a mandatory fitment, also included. This integrated airbag system features an internal bump stop, allowing for unpressurised use when unloaded, and provides up to 600kg of additional load-carrying capacity (300kg per airbag) when inflated (0-45 psi).

Front suspension is handled by Old Man Emu Heavy Duty Coil Springs, precisely matched to the Nitrocharger Plus shocks for optimal balance. The kit also includes essential fitting components such as a sway bar spacer kit, a Brake Proportioning Valve (BPV) relocation kit, rear brake line drop, and an ABS wire bracket kit, specifically for ABS-equipped models with original equipment sway bar mounts. Greasable fixed end pins, greasable shackle kit, and urethane spring bushes ensure longevity and ease of maintenance, utilising Old Man Emu leaf spring shackles.
