ARB Bull Bars
Vital for rural and remote area travel, ARB bull bars will provide substantially improved protection for vulnerable mechanical components against animal strikes whilst providing a solid base for mounting other accessories like driving lights, winches and CB antennas.
ARB bars are superbly engineered and manufactured to not only maintain maximum functionality, but also to ensure they complement the look of the vehicle.
Summit Bull Bar
The ARB Summit MKII Bar Is now released for the ever-popular Toyota Hilux and has been designed to be fully integrated with Toyotas Intelligent safety technology better known as Safety Sense. Panoramic View Monitor is supported by a camera relocation kit and is an available option for variants that specify the 360-degree view front facing camera.
The state-of-the-art Summit MKII Bar takes key components of its flagship namesake and kicks It up a notch with an ultra-modern design that’s constructed to turn heads.
Summit MKII has eliminated front buffers and now features robot welds on the front face of the bar to highlight ARB’s excellence in sheet metal fabrication.
Fog light design has been significantly updated to include a plug and play indicator / clearance light / Daytime Running Light and fog light within one complete unit for an integrated approach to incorporate these requirements on modern vehicles.

Summit Bull Bar
The Summit bull bar builds on the renowned ARB Deluxe bar architecture, and integrates a fresh and contemporary design language to complement modern vehicles.
Available for the wide body Toyota HiLux 08/20 SR/SR5 (06/20 build), Summit bars are winch compatible and provide next-generation protection and styling for your vehicle. Laser-cut holes for mounting ARB Intensity LED, IPF and Bushranger driving lights are integrated into the top pan of the bar, while ARB’s LED clearance and indicator light assembly is included as standard.
Supplied in a durable matte black powder coat finish, colour coding is available as an option for a fully integrated look.

Summit Sahara Bar
With a more low profile design, the Toyota HiLux SR/SR5 Sahara bar provides an alternative look to the range of Deluxe bull bars, whilst retaining many of the strength and protection features.
Offering significantly greater protection than the factory bumper, the Sahara bar is available with or without the polished centre tube and can accommodate a selection of Warn, Magnum and Bushranger low mount winches.
The Summit Sahara is designed to suit HiLux SR/SR5 from 08/20 (06/20 build) wide body models.
Optional fog lights and colour coding can also be specified.

Summit Sahara Tube with LED Light Bar
Available for the Toyota HiLux SR/SR5 2020 on and finished in a stealthy Integrit™ textured black powder coat, the Summit Sahara tube with Light Bar features 10x integrated 20” OSRAM LED lights to illuminate the road ahead in a variety of driving conditions.
The tube’s aluminium body and high-pressure die-cast aluminium end caps enable heat dissipation for added longevity to the LEDs, while a light tint added to the polycarbonate lens ensures a non-obtrusive look. Manufactured from extruded aluminium for superior strength, the light bar’s turned reflectors create a defined beamline that’s specifically designed as a spot/flood combination to complement the OE headlight light spread; providing up to 445m @ 1 Lux and up to 44m spread of light.

Commercial Bull Bar
Incorporating many of the strength related features the Deluxe bull bar, the Commercial bar provides considerable frontal protection but achieves cost savings through a simplified manufacturing process.
ARB’s Commercial bar for the Toyota HiLux SR/SR5 06/20 wide body build offers superior protection via its unique design, featuring heavy gauge steel tube for the centre and outer frame whilst forgoing a number of cosmetic features such as colour coding and urethane buffers.
The Commercial bar is available to suit the Toyota HiLux 06/20 model. Suited to winch and non-winch applications.

Bull Bar Production Steps
Laser Cutting
Every bull bar starts its life as a flat sheet of steel. Individual components are cut to shape using ARB’s state of the art, computer aided laser cutters which can cut to a tolerance of just 0.2mm with no heat distortion, resulting in superior surface finishes and accuracy.
Folding
Individual components are then folded to make up the sections of the bull bar using a Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machine which ensures maximum accuracy and consistency. Most bull bars utilise ARB’s five fold design, with each fold providing additional strength.
Tube Work
ARB bull bars are made with strong, 2.6mm wall thickness tubing. The tube is cut to the desired length and bent with a CNC Eagle internal mandrel bender ensuring consistency, accuracy and an even wall thickness across all sections.
Robot Welding
Once folded, each section is welded utilising a robot welder. Robot welders are used for straightforward, repetitive welding jobs that require deep penetration, speed and accuracy.
Assembly
When individual components are complete, the bull bar is assembled. All sections including pan, wing, uprights, outer frame and chassis brackets are placed in a jig and tack welded. This is followed by finish welding and grinding for strength and aesthetics. Jigs are assessed regularly to ensure accuracy.
Post Assembly
To complete the manufacturing process all ARB bars are shot blasted, before entering a 5 stage chemical wash to prepare the surface for maximum powder adhesion. They’re then powder coated and oven baked to ensure a rich and durable finish. As well as being an attractive and durable finish, power coating provides an excellent base for painting if colour coding is required.
