Polycarbonate Covers

Included with the light are a pair of amber and smoke covers, easily installed by removing the front bezel and placing the cover in its grooves, then snapping the bezel back on the front of the light. Made out of polycarbonate material, the covers are another level of protection or a quick way to change the lights output colour.

The NACHO® housing is sold as a replacement item and with 4 screws you can take the housing apart put a new one on and keep your lights looking fresh all year long.

  • What light configurations are available in the NACHO® Quatro?

    PM411 Quatro Combo – a Spot and Flood beam pattern. Ideal for the average off roader who needs more driving light.

    PM431 Quatro Spot – an all-spot beam ideal for higher speed driving

    PM451 Quatro Flood – an all-flood beam Ideal for area light or slow speed driving

    PM461/PM491 SAE Fog and Spot Combo – A street legal fog light with an off-road spot function. Comes in a white or amber lens.

  • What is the light output of the NACHO® Quatro?

  • What is the most common configuration setup for touring?

    The most common Quatro setup for touring would be a Quatro Spot or Quatro Combo for A pillar locations depending if you are looking for more side light or distance, Quatro Floods for rack mounting or rear facing mounting for area and back up lighting.

    Any bumper mounted lighting would consist of a mixture of Quatro Spots and Combos.

  • What is the LED configuration of the NACHO Quatro?

    The Quatro features 6 LEDs for forward projection and 6 LEDs for the TRL or trail running light.

  • What brand of LED’s are used?

    The Quatro features OSRAM LEDs.  The magic is how you use the LEDs and NACHO optimizes the performance and output to the fullest.

  • How is the reflector design unique in the Quatro?

    The Quatro utilizes an engineered TIR optic.  A TIR optic is designed to harness more light output from the LED making it more efficient than other common reflectors on the market.

  • How does the structural design of the NACHO® Quatro lights benefit drivers?

    The Quatro’s small stature is a benefit for drivers that like to put lights in the A Pillar location.  With it being a smaller light, it prevents driver distraction and blind spots.  The weight of the Quatro allows for mounting virtually anywhere without compromising the mounting structure.

  • How do you change out the covers on the Quatro?

    The Quatro comes with Amber and Black branded covers.  The covers are integrated into the housing using a snap geometry on the removal bezel.  Please remove the bezel by pulling equally on both sides of the bezel.  Once the bezel is removed, please put the cover in place by using the indicators in the housing and then snap the bezel back on with equal pressure while holding the cover in place.

  • Is the housing replaceable on the Quatro?

    The Quatro housing adds a unique style to the Quatro and is meant to protect the main light engine.  The light engine is built to withstand the toughest off-road conditions but the added layer of the housing allows you to not back down from any challenge. The housing can be replaced at any time and keep your lights looking fresh.  You can also paint match the housing without jeopardizing the light engine.
