INTEGRATED APPROACH

The Summit Sahara MKII has eliminated front buffers and now has robot welds on the front face of the bar to highlight ARB’s excellence in sheet metal fabrication. Fog light design has been significantly updated to include a plug and play sequential indicator / clearance light / daytime running light and fog light within one complete unit for an integrated approach to incorporate these requirements on modern vehicles.

This comprehensive bundle provides robust frontal protection and styling for your Everest, incorporating the signature Sahara open-top design, which can be customised. This particular bundle includes a black Sahara centre tube with an integrated 20 inch LED light bar, offering exceptional illumination and a sophisticated front profile.

Built on the robust steel Summit chassis, the MkII platform ensures maximum strength and winch compatibility. It features an advanced all-in-one fog light, DRL, and indicator assembly. Key design elements include ARB's renowned multi-fold upswept and tapered wing design for optimum strength and approach angle, 30mm radius on wings and centre section, and an airbag-compatible mounting system secured to the chassis via high-tensile bolts. Extensive protection panels and twin ARB Jack or Hi-Lift jacking points are also integrated.

This bar is designed to suit Ford Everest models without a front camera, ensuring seamless integration while maintaining vehicle safety features. A specific wiring loom (PN 3500810) for the included 20 inch LED light bar is part of this package, featuring a waterproof Deutsch plug, surface mount switch, and heavy-duty relay. A vehicle software calibration is available separately via Ford dealerships to optimise airbag, radar, and 360-camera systems if applicable.
