LIFT-UP OR SLIDING WINDOWS WITH SECURE LOCKING SYSTEM

The Classic canopy allows for lift-up or sliding window configurations to ensure there’s a solution to suit a variety of different needs.

With security being a key feature, double-locking handles are included on both the lift up doors and windows as well as twin catches located inside the canopy to keep the tub area secure.

LIFT-UP WINDOW

Available for one or both sides of the Classic, the popular lift-up window allows for easier access to the back of the utility and feature gas struts for self-supported window opening as well as an inbuilt rain gutter system to prevent water ingress.

A lift up front window using 2mm tinted safety glass is standard on most models, to allow unobscured rearward vision and easy access to clean the rear cabin glass.

SLIDING WINDOW

A standard fitment on all Classic canopies, sliding side windows feature four lockable positions.

PREMIUM WINDOWS WITH TINTED SAFETY GLASS

The Classic’s rear door and side windows feature frameless, tinted safety glass rated to international standards. 4 mm thick with factory tinting, the tempered glass keeps the canopy area cooler in summer and improves security.

A lift up front window using 2 mm tinted safety glass is standard on most models, to allow unobscured rearward vision and easy access to clean the rear cabin glass.

CANOPY COLOUR CODING

The Classic canopies in the smooth finish come colour coded to your vehicle as standard, with optional colour coding available on textured finishes.

DURABLE MOUNTING SYSTEM

With durability and safety in mind, all Classic Canopies are attached with a full-length mounting system that firmly secures the canopy to the vehicle.

WEATHERPROOF DESIGN

The exterior features a weatherproof design with a UV rated finish to suit the harsh Australian environment.

EASY TO CLEAN INTERIOR

The Classic Canopy uses smooth, inert materials that are easy to clean, ensuring your interior remains odourless.

LIGHTING SYSTEM

The rear LED brake light is high mounted for safety, while the interior includes an easy to access high output LED light.

DYNAMIC AND STATIC WEIGHT RATINGS

As ARB canopies have a strong internal structure, they have two weight ratings – dynamic weight (weight the canopy can carry when your vehicle is moving) and static weight (weight the canopy can carry when the vehicle is standing still).

The dynamic weight of ARB’s canopies with internal supports is approximately 100 kg, while the static weight is between 350 kg and 400 kg.

The optional canopy vent works to pressurise the interior of the canopy, inhibiting dust ingress through the tailgate area.

With model-specific moulding, an anti-slip floor and five-piece design, ARB Sportguard is a premium ute liner to protect your vehicle tray.

UTE LINERS

Constructed from impact-resistant, UV stable polyethylene, each ARB Ute Liner is vacuum formed to precise tray dimensions for both over and under rail vehicles.

Engineered for durability and practicality, this textured canopy provides a robust, weather-resistant space, making it the ideal choice for work, daily duties, and off-road adventures.

The strength of the Classic canopy lies in its simple, rugged design and durable ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene Copolymerisate) construction, engineered to withstand extreme temperatures and the rigours of off-road use. This particular configuration features a convenient LHS lift-up window and a RHS sliding window, offering versatile access and ventilation. Tinted safety glass with privacy glazing ensures security and keeps contents out of sight, while the integrated LED brake light enhances safety.

Every Classic canopy is built for utility, featuring a proven chassis-mounted support system for maximum strength and a reliable key locking system. For Ford Ranger Wildtrak models, installation requires the removal of the factory sailplane and roller tonneau. It is recommended that the original tubliner be replaced with a non-Wildtrak tubliner, an ARB Sportguard, or an ARB Drawer System to ensure a complete finish.
