Featuring a massive 64mm internal bore, a huge volume of oil, and an aerospace-grade aluminium body, these shocks dissipate heat fifteen times faster than steel, ensuring consistent performance and virtually eliminating shock fade even under relentless punishment. The 22.5mm piston rod delivers exceptional strength and rigidity, providing a smooth, controlled ride for both daily driving and long-distance adventures.

This comprehensive Old Man Emu kit includes precision-engineered coil springs for the front, offering superior resistance to sagging and corrosion, and robust leaf springs for the rear, designed for optimal load-carrying and ride performance. The leaf springs feature anti-friction interleaf liners, shot-peened leaves for enhanced life, and a graphite coating for reduced friction, ensuring smooth and quiet operation. Supporting components include a Sway Bar Spacer Kit, a Brake Proportioning Valve (BPV) Relocation Kit, ABS Wire Bracket Kit, and an original equipment sway bar mount fitting kit (FK76). Note: For vehicles without original equipment sway bar mounts on the rear axle, a substitute fitting kit (FK77) may be required instead of FK76. You also receive a Caster Kit for improved steering geometry after lifting, greasable fixed end and shackle kits for easy maintenance, high-quality urethane bush kits, a steering damper for enhanced control, and durable U-bolts for secure leaf spring fitment.
