Featuring a robust 36mm large bore twin-tube design and a substantial 20mm hardened chrome piston rod, these shocks provide exceptional strength and heat dissipation. Advanced multi-deflective disc valving and a triple-lip check valve oil seal ensure consistent, fade-free performance across demanding terrain, meticulously tuned to work seamlessly with the Old Man Emu spring range.
A standout feature of this system is the innovative Old Man Emu Parabolic Rear Leaf Springs. Significantly lighter than traditional multi-leaf springs, they offer superior flex and an unmatched level of ride comfort for a leaf-sprung ute. Crucially, the OME Air Bag Kit is a mandatory fitment with these parabolic springs, replacing the original bump stop and allowing unpressurised driving when empty. When inflated (0-45 psi), the airbags enable your LandCruiser Troop Carrier to accommodate up to 600kg of additional variable load, distributing weight safely and effectively. Please note: ARB will not warrant issues arising from parabolic leaf spring fitment without an ARB Air Bag Kit installed. This kit is ideally suited for vehicles carrying a consistent base load of 600kg, with optimal performance achieved when combined with 600kg to 800kg of variable load.
The kit is rounded out with premium Old Man Emu front coil springs, manufactured from micro-alloyed spring steel for sag and corrosion resistance.
