Hotspot 1

Internal and external welding on all flanges—This increases the strength of welds, making them very difficult to crack.

Hotspot 2

304 grade stainless steel—This is the best material to use on an exhaust due to its superior strength. It also lasts longer than 409 stainless steel and will not rust.

Hotspot 3

Thick stainless steel (1.7mm-2mm)—This produces a deeper note with no cabin drone. It is also extremely tough to crack.

Hotspot 4

10 year product warranty—The unit automatically comes with a warranty that offers customers peace of mind. It also does not void vehicle/factory warranty.

Vehicle suitability—We offer a broad range of DPF back systems for most 4WD vehicles.

Bolt together system—Customers have the choice to fit the exhaust themselves or pay for fitting through a local stockist. On average, an exhaust will take 2-3 hours to fit.

THICK STAINLESS STEEL (1.7MM-2MM)

The stainless steel is designed to sit between 1.7mm and 2mm, providing a thick, stable construction.

304 GRADE STAINLESS STEEL

Manufactured with strength in mind, 304 grade stainless steel is used due to its superior durability, lasting longer than 409 stainless steel and being immune to rust.

BOLT TOGETHER SYSTEM

Customers have the choice to fit the exhaust themselves or pay for fitting through a local stockist with this easy to assemble system.

DOUBLE BRAIDED FLEX BELLOW

The double braid section is twice as reinforced to hold gas, and also allows movement on the vehicle’s chassis to prevent cracking (Flex Bellow only used on petrol/turboback vehicles).
