The Long Ranger TA100 Auxiliary Fuel Tank is designed to increase fuel capacity in Ford Ranger Super Duty Cab Chassis vehicles while retaining the spare wheel location. Proudly designed and manufactured in Australia, this steel auxiliary tank adds 65 litres of fuel capacity, increasing total capacity to approximately 195 litres for extended touring and remote travel.

Constructed from 2 millimetre aluminised steel and finished with a durable industrial grade coating, the tank is built to withstand harsh Australian conditions while offering protection against corrosion and stone impact. The design maximises available space and incorporates dedicated mounting points and reinforced structure to support durability and performance in demanding environments.

The system operates using a gravity feed design, transferring fuel into the original tank without the need for an additional pump. Installation requires modification to the filler only, with no exhaust modification required. The tank includes integrated safety and service features such as a drain point and roll over valve, providing a practical solution for increasing driving range while maintaining factory style integration.
